Are all of your sneakers authentic?
Every sneaker we sell is 100% authentic, verified in-house before it's listed and checked again before it ships. Every pair is inspected on arrival, and you can always ask for extra photos, date codes, box labels or receipts before paying.
Do you sell pre-owned sneakers?
Yes. Pre-owned pairs are graded honestly — from "excellent" through to well-loved — cleaned where possible, and clearly marked on the listing with the exact condition, box status and any flaws so there are no surprises.
How do I place an order?
Build your pickup list on this site, hit "copy", and paste it into our Instagram DMs. We confirm stock and size, send tagged photos, then invoice you. Shipping is confirmed before the pair leaves my hands.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the pairs in your order, and you'll always know the price before you commit. Orders over $200 ship free. Tracked and double-boxed as standard; insurance available on request.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied. If something isn't right, let us know and we'll work with you to make it right. Some items — clearly marked on the listing — are final sale, including heavily discounted or worn pre-owned pairs.
Can I consign or sell my sneakers to you?
Absolutely. Send clear photos of the shoes, box label and insoles and we'll come back with a straight cash offer or a consignment arrangement. Cash is paid same day on local deals, and consignment payouts are competitive.
Do you trade?
Trades are welcome, particularly on hyped pairs and Travis Scott collaborations. Tell us what you have, what you want, and we'll find a trade that works — bundles often get better value than single pairs.
